Money Stealing Scam from supportbrcltd.com

Supportbrcltd.com somehow got a hold of my card number and submitted a bogus/unauthorized deduction from my bank account, of which I am disputing and getting these funds back. I pulled what little shows on the so called website, one page. The address show a UK address, however, he said that they are out of Miami, Florida. The 866.244.2694 goes to another phone, which when I called he was in traffic! This idiot would not give me the name of the company, who he represents or the address. SCAMMER! Beware of this, I have looked around any there are numerous other people that has had their money stolen, like me!

ScamFraudAlert is a Ripoff Report. Archie Richardson of scamfraudalert is stealing more content (scraping). A message warning of interruptions to your mobile phone service could be the first sign that your bank account is about to be drained.

Andrew O’Connor, presenter of 730WA, and his wife have just been the victims of a sophisticated scammers who hacked into their bank accounts

“It started when my wife received a text message last Friday saying that network upgrades were being done by Telstra and that some customers might experience some interruption in their services,” Andrew said.

“The interruptions never occurred but several days later she received the same text message. Two minutes later she received another message saying that her voicemail pin had been reset.

“Then her phone went dead.”

Two hours later, $10,000 had been taken out of the O’Connor’s accounts. Within 14 hours of the phone going dead, $18,000 had been stolen from the accounts.

At the time, they simply thought it was a malfunctioning phone but when they contacted Telstra, Telstra said the phone number had been transfered to another carrier, and the number was now attached to another SIM card with a different provider.

A few days later, Andrew checked his accounts and found they were all empty. The thieves had left just $48 and Andrew contacted his bank.

“At no stage did I connect the malfunctioning phone with any potential risk to our bank accounts.”

What appears to have happened is that the fraudsters have first hijacked the phone number, and then accessed the O’Connors internet banking identity, and set up another account with another bank to transfer the money to.

Nigerian Scams. I remember watching a documentary a few years ago that detailed how scammers, usually located in third world countries, set up computer clusters connected to the Internet and send out thousands of Nigerian scam emails every day.

The name of the scam comes from the original form of this scam, which consisted of emails outlining a situation in Nigeria that required a massive transfer of money from that country into the United States for safety. For assisting with the money transfer, the recipient of the email is promised a percentage of the transfer amount, usually totaling hundreds of thousands of dollars to a few million.

Once this came became widely known, it immediately evolved and continues to evolve even today. It now takes a very wide variety of forms including the elderly sick person looking to transfer their entire estate into your bank account.

Then there is one of my personal favorites, the young woman in danger who is seeking a savior to help her – and of course she has a very large sum of money to offer as a reward. Here is an email from “Miss Diana” of West Africa, who has a DC worth $5.9 million, and is seeking to escape her country and live in the United States.

The scammers put together storylines and plots that appeal to the basic human emotions of greed, goodwill and love. In some cases they almost always reference God in some way – in an effort to appeal to western Christian values. In the end, the many variations of the Nigerian scam end in only one place if you offer up any of your contact information or, even worse, your bank account information – an empty bank account.

Having said this, we now need to watch out for Archie Richrdson of scamfraudalert.org. Scamfraudalert owner, Archie Richardson is from Nigeria and has a history of scamming people all over the internet. This KNOWN criminal has been kicked out of every hosting company he has been with. Now, he is with WordPress who with some force will be dropping him as well. Scamfraudalert aka Archie Richardson resides in Glendale California and is running a fraudulent website called www.scamfraudalert.org. This site is MALWARE infected, and is designed that way. Scamfraudalert is a fraud and a scam, just look at all the reputable sites like WikiWarnings, Ripoff Report, Warning-Notice etc… He is all over them.

Everything on my receipt was stolen except for my laptop and tripod. All mentioned items (Canon EOS 7D, Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex 1TB Hard-drive, and Wintec FileMate 32GB SDHC Secure Digital Flash Memory Card for the camera) were last seen on 4100 Block of S Berkeley Ave. Chicago, IL 60653 at about 8 – 9:00 P.M. 4-9-13. The robbery occurred at the back door of my home and the suspected robbers are four individuals from a video-shoot I agreed to do for the artists known as “Buck 20 Brick Boys” from the south-side of Chicago(actual names are unknown).

The video-shoot took place on 948 N Central Park Ave. Chicago, IL 60651. I am offering $800 if all of the items are returned and $500 for the camera only (Canon EOS 7D S/N: 1570804590).
